Soojin Chang

Soojin Chang is a Korean non-binary performance artist, filmmaker, and researcher who lives in Glasgow and works internationally. Using their body as technology to transmute in/visibility, Chang’s practice reflects on colonial inheritance and trans-species reliances. Their ritual experiments investigate hybrid ontologies.

On Eigg, Soojin will focus on her sonic practice using recordings made with collaborator Sam Karugu, a noise musician from Nairobi who is a member of the industrial grindcore duo DUMA.
