Bakery47 – Cookbook

Bakery47 was established in the home-kitchen of Sam and Anna Luntley. They developed their first bread and recipes on a residency at Inshriach Bothy in January 2013 which they documented through their Tumblr page Bread At The Bothy. Sam and Anna strive to maintain an intimate approach to their baking, treating it as they would a fine art practice. Rather than being driven by commercial aims, bakery47 aspire to build personal relationships with their customers – bakes being delivered by the hand that made them, baking with local produced attained through bake-bartering and through their careful use of social media.
